What grades does the worksheet builder support?
LKG, UKG, Grade 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 — covering Maths, English and EVS subjects. For LKG and UKG, Numbers, Alphabet and GK are available instead.
What types of questions can I add?
Seven types: Multiple Choice (4 options), True/False (with tick boxes), Matching (draw-a-line format), Fill in the Blank (with word bank), Colour & Draw (colour shapes or connect-the-dots), Flashcard Sheet (printable cut-out cards with a colour-coded front and full answer back — LKG, UKG and Grade 1), and Handwriting Practice (ruled trace lines with your choice of writing style and full customisation).
How does the Handwriting Practice section work?
Type any word, sentence or alphabet sequence and KidSpark generates ruled trace lines with your text as a faint guide. Choose your ruling style — 4-Liner (for LKG/UKG), 2-Liner (Grade 1–2), or Single Line (Grade 3+). Pick a writing style from Playwrite fonts (US Modern, US Traditional, UK, India, Australia, New Zealand) or Classic Cursive (Dancing Script). Customise letter size, pen thickness, brush colour, guide shade, letter spacing, line weight and number of practice rows. Letters are rendered with SVG-precise alignment to the ruling lines and print crisply as PDF.
Can I print the worksheet as a PDF?
Yes. Click "Print as PDF" and use your browser's built-in Print to PDF option. The worksheet is formatted for A4 paper and prints cleanly with proper margins.
Can I include an answer key?
Yes — for Premium users. Toggle Answer Key ON before printing and a complete answer key is added on a separate page at the end. Colour & Draw sections are excluded from the answer key since they are creative activities.
Can I save a worksheet and use it again?
Yes — Premium users can save up to 5 worksheets. Open a saved worksheet any time to load fresh shuffled questions and print a new version. The configuration (grade, subject, chapter, question type) is saved, but questions are always freshly picked so your child gets variety.
Do I need to create an account?
You need to sign in to use the worksheet builder. Creating a KidSpark account is free and takes under a minute.
Can I share the worksheet on WhatsApp?
Yes — on mobile (Android or iPhone). Tap the green Share button after building your worksheet. KidSpark generates a PDF and opens your phone's share sheet, where you can choose WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, or any other app. On desktop the PDF downloads to your computer instead, and you can share it manually from there.
What is the Colour & Draw activity?
It's a drawing section with two activities: Colour the Shapes (10 outline shapes — circle, square, triangle, star, heart, and more — each with a colour instruction) and Connect the Dots (12 dot puzzles including house, star, rocket, crown and more — kids connect numbered dots to reveal the hidden picture). You can choose Small, Medium or Large sizes.

Are the questions aligned to the school syllabus?
Questions are carefully curated by grade and subject — Maths, English and EVS for Grades 1–5, and Numbers, Alphabet and GK for LKG and UKG. They cover the standard primary school syllabus followed across India, including topics taught in CBSE-pattern schools. What is the Live Quiz Session feature?
Live Quiz Sessions turn any worksheet into an interactive online quiz. Click "Start Quiz" after building your worksheet — a session link is generated. Share it with kids via WhatsApp or show it on a classroom screen. Kids open the link on their phones, type their name, and wait in a lobby. When you click "Start Quiz for All", everyone begins simultaneously. You watch scores update live as each kid answers. No app, no account, and no login required for kids.
Do kids need to download an app or create an account?
No. Kids just open the link in any mobile browser and type their name. That's it. No app download, no email address, no password. The quiz works on any smartphone or tablet.
How many kids can join a quiz session?
Up to 8 kids on the Starter plan (₹99 for 30 days), up to 10 kids on Monthly Premium (₹199/month), and up to 15 kids on Yearly Premium (₹1,499/year). Each plan also includes a monthly session limit — 5, 10, or 20 sessions per month respectively.
